For me, nothing beats exploring the world, always looking through a culinary and cultural lens. Having absorbed a new place via the people I meet and the dishes I taste, it brings me immense satisfaction to share my findings whether that be through the spoken or written word. 

I have been broadcasting my food and travel experiences for BBC Berkshire radio for over 6 years now and have been hired by a range of companies to speak and host, from National Geographic Traveller to the Lithuanian Embassy. I am the author of award winning book Lemon Compendium and have been invited to speak about my book and my food and travel expertise by institutions such as the IOD, WI and Speciality Fine Food Fair.

The range of publications I’ve written for includes Delicious magazine, Vegan Food & Living, Four magazine, The Echo, Baltic Outlook inflight magazine, Yacht Investor and Luxury Escapes. My first food product ‘Carosesa’ has already been featured in the press and used by leading chefs, such as Michelin starred Asimakis from Pied a Terre. My latest ventures include a lifestyle magazine and my first podcast Travel, Taste, Tradition, watch this space!

I have created food and travel events for a number of private member clubs, including The Curtain Club and Home House. I have presented TV series for digital food channel Planet Eat. I was the editor of luxury lifestyle polo publication Fifth Chukker for 6 years and have been a contributing editor for a number of publications, including the Good Pub Guide.
